Quality assurance:
We do below listed test and provide one year’s warranty for all the chain slings from TITAN SUHE
■ We do material checking by analyze the chemical elements to ensure the raw materials are as per our specifications.
■ We do Metallographic analysis of each batch link chain after quench and temper to check if the heat treatment is ok or not.
■ We do tensile strength test of each batch link chain to see the breaking strength meet standard or not.
■ We do proof load test for each link of the chain to be sure that there is no weak link or damaged links in a whole piece
■ We do bend test of each batch link chain to be sure that the chain links can withstand a sudden impact
■ We do salt spray test of each batch link chain to be sure there is no rust risks.
■ We check the elongations of each batch link chain after tensile strength test to see if the chain has enough extension before it’s break.
■ We do Fatigue test of chain hooks and links
■ We do Magnaflux crack detection of chain hooks
■ We do spectrographic analysis of steel bar raw materials
■ We check all the dimensions to be sure they are in tolerance range and can match with hoist or chain hooks or master links that used to make a chain sling.
Options:
■ We provide a wide range of alloy steel chain slings, including 1-leg chain slings, 2-legs chain slings, 3-legs chain slings and 4-legs chain slings.
■ Different color available for alloy steel chains and chain hooks.
■ Chinese material and EN standard materials are optional with different cost
■ Adjustable chain slings are available
■ Chain length according to your request
Applications:
Our grade 8 chain slings are widely used in many applications of overhead lifting.
Alloy steel lifting Chain Slings Knowledge
■ Multi-Leg Sling Angle
In the case of multi-leg slings, the angle between the legs is critical. The actual tension on each leg increases as shown in the diagram opposite. For this reason all general purpose chain slings are given a rating based upon use at a range of angles up to 45° to the vertical. A reduced rating is also given for use in the range of angles between 45-60°. Chain Slings should never be used at angles greater than 60° to vertical.
Head Room
The distance between the chain hooks and the load is known as the "Head Room". If a specific head room is required, the "Reach" of the chain sling must increase as the angle between the legs increases as shown opposite.
Sling Reach
The reach of a chain sling is the distance between bearing points of the upper and lower terminal fittings. This distance, commonly known as the "Bearing to Bearing" should be quoted when ordering slings. Shortening clutches may be fitted to a sling, making the reach adjustable, hence increasing the versatility of the sling.
